Dating for a husband as a second-generation modern, independent Chinese-American woman with immigrant parents that had very high expectations was no easy feat.
I had to balance out what I wanted in a future husband with what my parents expected of me, which many times felt like Mission Impossible!
I take you behind the scenes of the struggles and the immense pressure that I was under while dating before I met my husband.
Take comfort that if I was able to find my dream husband that also made my parents proud, then it's absolutely possible for you to find your dream partner as well.
There might be some challenges and a learning curve on how to date the smart way, but it is absolutely achievable.
